Certified Machinery & Equipment Appraisals
IntegriPoint offers certified equipment appraisals for numerous sectors. Our team follows rigorous standards and our reporting is in accordance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP). A job well-done for our clients is very important, no matter which service is ordered. Integrity, knowledge and service is at the core of what we strive to deliver on.
TYPES OF APPRAISALS
Site Visit Reports
Our site visit appraisal service provides the most highly documented valuation. Following physical inspection of the assets, we will provide more comprehensive, detailed, itemized valuation of each asset or group of assets. Our detailed reports will often also contain a company narrative and an industry analysis developed from external sources.
Desktop Reports
Our desktop service provides valuation based on information provided to us without physical inspection of the assets. With this product, you can make a collateral or loan structuring decision without investing the additional time required for a physical inspection. We will provide as much detail as possible, based on the information provided to us. Judgment of condition is not as accurate with this option versus a site visit report.
Inventory Valuation
Our inventory valuation service provides the appraiser access to the assets and the opportunity to assess appearance and market appeal. This option should be used as a preliminary tool in determining what further action and valuation will be required.
